CONSULTANT — Juniper is a boutique advisory firm that helps organizations thrive by focusing on the creative intersection of strategy, innovation, and culture. From half-day workshops to year-long projects, we can help you achieve your goals and better serve your stakeholders. Prior to joining Juniper, I was an Associate at Oliver Wyman. I also worked in the corporate strategy office at Bombardier. Previously, I helped to build PeaceGeeks, a non-profit that deploys technology for peace with partners around the world. As a trained aerospace engineer, I have also designed aircraft at Boeing and commercialized jet engines at General Electric.INSTRUCTOR — I am a faculty member of McGill University, where I lead two courses on strategy and innovation and regularly deliver workshops at the McGill Executive Institute, the Max Bell School of Public Policy, and the Desautels Faculty of Management. Topics have included structured problem solving, effective communication, design thinking, overcoming biases, change management, and extracting data insights. LIFELONG LEARNER — I received an MBA from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University, graduating at the top of my class with the Dean's Medal for Great Distinction. I also hold a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida. I was awarded a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship for experimental investigations in fluid dynamics.I enjoy SCUBA diving, hold a private pilot license, and was once a skydiving coach. I am currently learning Spanish and how to play the ukulele.
