Asia(Ex-Japan) Products team:- Coordinated the update and publication of fund offering documents, ensuring correct registration status of funds and share classes offered in Asia.- Prepared and disseminated monthly reports on fund performance and asset flows to various stakeholders within the distribution and investment functions. Tracked new/existing offerings by competitors across various asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income and Alternatives), incorporating brief descriptions of the product specifications within the monthly report.- Provided and disseminated weekly reports by summarising relevant news articles to keep stakeholders in the distribution and investment functions informed about developments within the investment management industry.- Contributed research materials and analysis to assist in the development of new offerings or identify potential markets segments.- Learned about the product development & distribution life-cycle of mutual funds as well as various investment capabilities of the firm.

CRC Capital is a Venture Capital Fund that invests in projects and startups in the blockchain & Cryptocurrency industry with a focus on infrastructure based opportunities. Notable investment includes Mintables, a Non-Fungible Token (NFTs) marketplace which allows for the sale, issuance and trading of NFTs. Roles and Responsbilities:1. Supporting various stages of the deal flow; Deal sourcing and conducting Due Diligence rounds on Projects to assess their suitability for the fund2. Preliminary valuation3. Supporting various stages of the deal flow; Crafting of term sheets & Purchase agreements4. Crafting Research Documents based on market trends within the Cryptocurrency and Decentralised Finance Space. 5. Work with founders in an advisory capacity, identifying product/market fit, sourcing marketing partnerships and leverage on industry partners to deliver a favourable outcome for the startup and funding rounds.
