Band Manager ::Responsible for, but not limited to; producing two-three weekly gatherings a week on various college campuses in the Jacksonville area - includes Univeristy of North Florida, Jacksonville Univeristy, and Flagler College (St. Augustine). Duties include rostering musicians, leading band rehearsals, stage design, creating setlists, coordination with volunteers, and logistics. Served as point-of-contact and manager for two, out of state, United Methodist Campus Ministry Association conferences in Denver, CO and Atlanta, GA. Handled budgeting responsibilities and all logistics including flights, hotels, city-wide transportation, and meals and communication between artists, directors, and venue managers. Executive Assistant ::Responsible for, but not limited to; liaison between Campus to City's Club Presidents and Club Alliance/Student Government on the campuses we operate on, creating user-friendly templates for internal personnel, and tracking payments from students for various trips. Implemented an internal Wiki to support new staff member training. Partner Relations ::Responsible for, but not limited to; point of contact between donors and Campus to City, Blackbaud eTapestry Administrator (a donor management platform). Executed two fund raising campaigns, CCW Partner Night and Giving Tuesday - resulting in $9000 in donations.
