◆ Identified and underwrote multi-family properties for acquisition.◆ Worked with investors (reg D forms & bluesky submissions), brokers (property acquisitions, off market properties, negotiating pricing) and lenders (loans, refis, payoff letters) , lawyers (LOI’s, contracts, sales) and handled property taxes.◆ Acquired 13 properties across the Southeast United States in the following cities: Tallahassee, FL (4), Jacksonville, FL (2), Charlotte, NC (3), Columbia, SC (4). ◆ Toured properties and did unit walk throughs and assessed property conditions. ◆ Helped grow our portfolio from 0 units to over 3,100 units at our peak.◆ We just sold our final portfolio of properties in Columbia, SC and the principals are shutting down for now. ◆ Played an integral role in building the company to a peak valuation of approximately $250,000,000.
