Assist Director of Athletics as the primary communications contact for all Delbarton School interscholastic teams, including:• Distribution of all athletic department news releases;• Compilation and reporting of game statistics;• Production of Department publications;• Communicate with local media outlets regarding coverage of games;• Increase publicity for all Delbarton School interscholastic teams through various social media platformsCreate and maintain organized schedule for game day broadcasting setup;• Identify and develop relationships with alumni and parents in the sports media industry for DelEx externships and Sports Broadcasting Club appearances

Supports marketing and communications efforts that advance the mission and goals of Delbarton School. Primary duties include collaborating effectively with multiple sources throughout the community to develop and post news, update content and generally keep Delbarton.org and Delbarton social media channels up-to-date, engaging and informative. • Produce content for Green Wave Athletics on School website, social media and in Delbarton Magazine publication• Oversee creation, content and upkeep of Delbarton.org, Delbartonathletics.org and delbartonsummer.com• Mentor students on communications-related issues; Create and moderate an extracurricular student communications organization• Moderator of Broadcast Club, Digital Media Club and Green Wave Radio Podcast.

-Provide organization and communication and serve as connective tissue between multiple departments within USA Digital Team; with key internal partner departments including Research, Social, Brand Marketing, Press, Strategic Marketing, Sales and Ad Ops; and with key external vendors and partners.-Create dedicated “new show launch checklist” and ensure all items are being pursued and managed in a coordinated way whenever a new show is green-lit.-Ensure all tasks and milestones around all projects are set, tracked, and accomplished. Centralize all project details and manage team resource planning-Design, implement and maintain systems and processes to improve team efficiency and ensure smart, lasting solutions and methodologies are enacted.-Establish and maintain group tracking documentation, and ensure clear and productive communication and collaboration between all areas. -Develop timelines for all aspects of production and provide to various stakeholders so everyone is informed and coordinated, and deadlines are being rigorously established, maintained and met.-Set up and maintain all necessary regular status calls and status reports. -Gather creative and technological assets and deliver as necessary between Digital Team, internal partners, and external vendors.

-Send and receive assets to out-of-house vendors.-Ensure all media properly digitized and ingested into DAM system with corresponding metadata.-Perform inventory of media and photo assets with the NHL archive.-Create and implement improved workflows for digital data entry.

• Manage all aspects of MSG and MSG Plus network tickers including graphics, scheduling, guidelines and staff. • Manage the creation and implementation of network bugs, wings and violators. • Associate Coordinating Producer for live Rangers and Knicks radio productions. • Manage and develop full time and part time production assistants.• Oversee operations for MSG Interactive Channel and VOD. • Coordinate nightly operations between MSG Network and broadcast operations center in Long Island.
