As a Distribution Manager, my responsibilities include managing a team of 15-30 team members, working with my peers to ensure accurate and timely completion of order completion, ensure and maintain accurate inventory management and practices, enforce and revise safety practices and protocols, establish best practices within the distribution channel, generate cost savings metrics and practices, ensure accurate and timely payroll completion, advise and enforce Human Resource tasks regarding evaluations, mentorships and disciplinary actions. The leading KPI’s in this role are reflected in the teams daily LMS performance percentages paired with the CPU and UPH reflected for each business quarter.
