As a GMM, my focus is on recruiting, developing, and coaching a team of 21 Guerrilla Marketers; removing obstacles for them should any arise. Our goal as a team is to improve operations of each unit we visit, train individual unit marketers, increase brand awareness, and raise sales chain wide.

Real-World Skills, a philanthropic program, focuses on educating high school students on the importance of hard work and properly preparing for their first job. I am tasked with the selection and development of 21 presenters who travel nationwide to execute the RWS program. I also schedule and promote the program to local communities and Jimmy John's franchisees. Over the past 3 years, our team has reached over 115,000 students; educating, motivating, and inspiring them to become productive members of their communities.

As a Guerrilla, I traveled to a different franchise unit each week 48 weeks per year. My tasks included identifying strengths and areas for improvement, training each individual store marketer, and using guerrilla tactics to promote the brand within the local market. Coordinated and organized all travel. I was also involved in special marketing activations held at sporting events, concerts, and festivals. Was named 2012 Guerrilla Marketer of the Year.

I was tasked by leadership teams to lead prospecting and lead-generation efforts to recruit attorneys into Total Attorneys exclusive marketing network. Qualified and assigned attorneys to respective markets and pitched Total Attorneys network value proposition. Identified customers' current legal processes to upsell opportunities for supplemental practice-management products and services.
