My name is Jared Leff. Originally from Toms River New Jersey, currently residing in Rockaway New Jersey. I graduated from Wagner College with a degree in Marketing and Spanish. with a minor in Art. I currently work as a Senior Property Manager for Russo Development at Vermella East, Vermella West and Vermella Crossing I and II, (3) luxury boutique communities located in Kearny NJ. My portfolio consists of (3) properties with 17 total residential buildings making up 778 apartments ranging from Studio layouts to Two bedroom layouts. All 3 communities boast luxury with their extensive amenity packages including top of the line fitness centers, business centers, clubroom spaces, and more!Before Russo Development, I was an Associate Director of Operations for Roseland Residential Trust at Riverbend I and II at Port Imperial. The three entities in West New York New Jersey made up just over 500 units. I was with Roseland Residential Trust from July 2014- April 2020 starting my property management career as a Leasing Specialist and growing within the property management career understanding not only leasing but Operations of a Community.Performance – Recognized as a top leader in both large and small cases, with the ability to manage a team in multiple aspects.
