The three entities in West New York New Jersey made up just over 500 units. I was with Roseland Residential Trust from July 2014- April 2020 starting my property management career as a Leasing Specialist and growing within the property management career understanding not only leasing but Operations of a Community.Performance – Recognized as a top leader in both large and small cases, with the ability to manage a team in multiple aspects. Finally I have been working on an advocacy research project within Non Profits with the other Interns. This campaign was supporting our Medicine Abuse Project which is a 5 year campaign to get half a million teens to stop abusing prescription pills by 2017. -

Port Richmond is a community that is partnered with Wagner College and it is a community that is 15 minutes away from campus. This past April I planned and ran a huge clean up on the main avenue due to a pollution issue in the area. This position also includes reading scholarly articles, and writing scholarly papers. -
