Director of the Women's Olympic Qualifying group stage at BBVA Stadium. Managed a team responsible for travel and all tournament operations of four Women's National Teams competing to qualify for the Olympics. Served as the on-site liaison for Concacaf as we successfully produced an event that included 6 nationally televised qualification matches leading up to the Summer 2020 Olympics.

Serve as the leader of the U.S. Soccer Youth National Teams Department working with all stakeholders (staff, scouts, coaches, clubs, leagues, parents, etc.) to accelerate the development of elite players, coaches and teams. Led the programming and planning of 19 National Teams for domestic and international camps, Concacaf and FIFA competitions and the Youth World Cups.

Responsible for the strategic vision of the Development Academy and establishing program initiatives to improve the development of our nation's most elite players, coaches and clubs.• Implement all aspects of programming: Administration, Technical, Competition, National Events, Content and Brand• Oversee the program’s administrative and business operations in support of short-term and long-term objectives within a multi-million dollar budget• Communicate externally with clubs, leaders, membership, corporate partners and donors to help grow the sport in America• Successfully led the creation of the Girls Development Academy, established in 2017

Work directly with Athletic Director (AD) to evaluate daily operations and make important strategic decisions on budgets, salaries, sport expansion, and facility planning. Serve as the oversight for HPU's Strength & Conditioning Department and the Athletic Training Staff. Developed the Sports Performance Department through working with both departments, which has led to the addition of sports nutrition, sports psychology and sports science staff. The mission of the Sports Performance Department is to educate our staff and student-athletes and provide avenues to maximize results.Currently, managing all aspects of the $9M Athletic Performance Center building including: site location, floor plans, design, furnishings, and equipment that will be one of the premier facilities of its kind in collegiate athletics.In addition, I am responsible for the managing and hiring of the Athletic Department's candidate searches, provide input for strategic initiatives and play a vital role in the oversight of athletic department capital projects.Elected and served as NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Committee Member (2014).

Elevated to Assistant Athletic Director for Internal Operations in 2012. Oversee the compliance department and Strength & Conditing Department. Responsible for the hiring and supervision of the Strength & Conditioning staff and the Compliance department. Developed the HPU Athletic Department Strategic Plan, which includes the mission statement, goal setting and the athletics performance evaluation metric. The Strategic Plan includes a scorecard with metrics that clearly define goals, that has led to: 100% community service participation, 3.11 Department GPA, three consecutive Sasser Cup top 3 finishes, and first ever Men’s Basketball Big South Conference Championship. In addition, I serve on the University’s Institutional Effectiveness Committee responsible for creating the vision and performance goals of the University and reporting on quantitative data for athletics.Managed all aspects of the $1 million dollar artificial turf research and installation of the Vert Stadium game field, home to the men’s and women’s lacrosse and soccer teams. Responsible for proposing the bid and successfully acquiring and managing the Fox Soccer Channel/Mondo Game of the Week, HPU’s first national TV event.

Monitor and verify compliance with all NCAA, Big South Conference and University requirements. Manage the compliance office staff in educating the athletic department, staff, administration, student-athletes, and faculty, as well as other individuals and entities with athletic interests.Committed and compelled to the principle of institutional control in the operation of the athletics department consistent with the rules and regulations of the NCAA, Big South and High Point University. Provided analysis of players for the U.S. Soccer Talent Identification program responsible for developing professional athletes.

Efforts led to first NCAA tournament win since 1986, #2 National Ranking, UAA Coaching Staff of Year recognition, a perfect regular season (16-0-0) an overall record of 39-9-7.• Served as Recruiting Coordinator, managing player database, evaluation, and communication.• Fundraised money through youth camps, coaching clinics and community events to subsidize an international soccer tour.• Co-led marketing initiative and strategy for summer elite soccer camp that increased enrollment by 71% over a two-year period.
