Current• Overseeing client accounting functions and processes• Preparing and issuing timely and complete financial reporting packages• Developing and reporting key operating metrics• Establishing and optimizing business processes and internal controls• Developing and maintaining operating plans, budgets, and forecasts• Preparing ad-hoc analyses and providing value-added insights in support of strategic initiatives and business decision-making• Managing periodic budget versus actual reporting and providing insightful variance analysis • Evaluating existing forecasting tools and processes, recommending, and delivering improvements
