CurrentMy daily routines include meeting with clients to discuss existing policies and recommend changes as needed, reviewing new claims and providing feedback to adjusters on coverage, claim status, and next steps, and negotiating with insurance companies on clients' behalf to ensure fair settlements. In addition, I am in charge of processing new policy applications and claims on existing policies, as well as providing customer service by answering questions about coverage, billing, payment options, and claim status. My primary goals are to assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance coverage for their needs based on their risk tolerance and available funds, as well as determining which coverage options are best suited to each client's specific needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Aside from that, I'm recruiting, screening, and training new agents, analyzing performance, and developing action plans.
