We don't use any seniority titles, and plan not to for as long as feasibly possible. Mash is a remote-first company with much of the team currently based in the Eastern Time Zone, while accommodating each other to work wherever we are in the world.

I founded Out Here Travel to help people experience central/eastern Canada properly. The locations are extraordinary. However, they are relatively unknown and difficult to experience. Our trips have unlocked the region. We achieved product market fit and were growing exponentially – although covid has put things on ice.We are building the business from first principles – best trip in Canada in a month. Experience first. International travellers joined us for an average of 20+ days – and recommended us with glowing and super-long reviews online (in unparalleled frequency). Our NPS score is 75+ and word of mouth recommendations are driving growth. We are brochured at the top global adventure travel agencies, have strong partnerships, and ran successful high ROAS direct ad campaigns in-house. Most importantly we hired top experienced guides from the west coast to move and join us out here, providing amazing experiences.

As a Product Manager I was responsible for partnering and leading teams of software developers, designers, sales staff and beyond to launch, build and improve products for in Google Fiber, Local Display and GeoCommerce.Head of Mobile Apps for Google Fiber TV – launching completely revamped app experiences on iOS & Android. Example features include x-device and proximity interaction, recommendations, full experience redesign. Additionally launched enhanced low-latency streaming technology and ChromeCast on Fiber TV. Head of Location Formats & Targeting for Display Ads – launching experimental new Ad Formats designed for various local services including auto repairs, local travel service providers. This resulted in significant ROAS improvements for customers. Launched enhanced location targeting features – enabling said ad formats and broader network ad performance improvements.

Led major strategy and operations efforts along multiple product areas in GeoCommerce (Maps, Local, Wallet/Payments, Promotions, Travel). Efforts included strategic projects, business development management and chief of staff operations. Developed and drove the approval and scale-up – in partnership with PM & BD VPs – for multi billion dollar investments along payments and promotions product lines. Managed core in-market operations and launches including city rollouts, sales targets, staffing, goals, marketing budget allocation and performance management.

Xtreme Labs was acquired by Pivotal Labs (post time working there).Led business development and inbound sales. Included efforts across engineering, UX teams to design PRDs and drive engagements with clients from start-ups to $10B+ rev corporations.
