Helped establish a Business Intelligence design team (Grow from 3 to 8 designers). Promoted DesignOps; to help the team level-up from legacy tools like PPT to Miro+Figma; Co-lead efforts to standardize our design process and documentation to better align with Agile, Dev teams, and clients.Collaborated with other designers/devs to build out a Tableau specific Design System. CVS Health is working to evolve their data driven decision making. I'm currently working with groups across the enterprise to create, evolve or completely reimagine their dashboards and analytics tools.

A primary focus on designing the UX/UI on an internal analytics portal for the client (Under Armour) over several phases as well as related UA Enterprise Data Management content. Additional internal efforts include branding for 'HCL nSights 360' a Power BI dashboard and assessment platform for senior management to the review progress of top clients.
