Project Manager
CurrentAs a Project Manager at Division21 I'm required to cover many different aspects of construction management. My responsibilities before I'm even awarded a job include: - assessing new blueprints to determine scopes of work - calling into new markets to obtain pricing from subcontractors - qualifying bids - material and labor takeoffs - forecasting revenue and generating budgetsOnce awarded the job every aspect of the project is my responsibility. I generate schedules for each project and communicate with our on site personnel as well as our subcontractors to insure on time completion. I negotiate contracts with subcontractors and maintain detailed budgets to track and maintain necessary margins. I collect and process all paperwork and closeout documents. Lastly, I communicate and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
