Creative Development, I oversaw branding initiatives for 14 websites and corporate brand, including logo and website design as well as sales presentations while leading a highly skilled and dedicated team of five designers. I developed and managed the first video department team and strategy to generate new revenue streams for business. I directed the UI design of internal custom CMS.
