-I provided an empathetic ear to customers when they expressed concerns about their auto claims-I investigated different situations involving liability, coverage, fraud and property damage-I was used as a resource by my team as well as other teams while I was in Express-I was a mentor to new Associates who came out of training-I assisted a team to develop a bot that would correctly reassign claims to the correct team. This mainly involved UM/UIM claims-I was able to complete continuing education and was able to receive my licenses to work claims in all 50 states

- I was able to train and mentor new employees when they were hired to work for the company-I ran crews ranging in size from 2-6 people depending on the size of the property-I was the immediate point of contact if there were concerns with our crew and the property manager- I made sure that we completed our properties in a timely manner while providing accurate and high quality service
