I like to make a difference to people’s days and have a positive impact on their lives.Lloyds Banking Group have helped provide that opportunity for me to develop my customer servicing skills and have invested in me to help prioritise what customers need and want whilst delivering excellence.Working for the Department for Work and Pensions was rewarding; providing a public service, whilst being able to help teams engage and network with each other, either through online communications or through conferences, roadshows and sprints.I'm an electric guitarist in a local church band. Being in a band has helped increase my skills with team work and listening skills, as well as practically with knowledge on how to set up and pack down PA equipment.
