I am a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Commercial Entrepreneurship and a concentration in Communication and I am currently facilitating as an Assistant Operations Director at one of our Concentra clinics in Bradenton, the nationwide leader in Occupational Healthcare Services whose top priority is the patient and employer. My responsibilities at the ACOD level include smooth operations between the front and back offices, attaining financial performance, developing and maintaining new policies, procedures and training programs and most importantly keeping our patients and employers happy. Previous to my current role, I was a Field Account Executive at Concentra. Where my responsibilities at included facilitating customer and prospect meetings to sell Concentra’s suite of services, grow customer business and continue customers through the buying cycle. Before Concentra, I worked as an Account Manager at Strategic Digital Services. I was a part of the entire project and client planning and execution process from logistics processes, budget allocation and management, ad management and reporting to C-suite members all while keeping up client relations. Prior to SDS, I previously worked for Lobbyist, Consultant and Entrepreneur, Derek Whitis where I was a Special Project Manager responsible for project research, management, solutions, event organization and client relations. Having worked closely with those in politics prior to SDS, I possess a strong understanding of time management, confidentiality, and building trust amongst any clientele. My time at Florida State, volunteering, working and interning have been instrumental in sharpening my leadership, communication, organization, professionalism and conflict resolution skills. My work and school experience with quick turnaround projects have forced me to work well under pressure whether that be in both a team environment and alone. I am a hardworking, servant leader who is always looking to be an instrumental part of any team or company.
