Responsible for directing the development and operations of facilities | workplace and change management strategies across >1 million s.f. multinational portfolio (USA, CA, Australia) ensuring delivery of services and programs that delight customers.- Provide leadership on all facilities | workplace operations functions and work closely with the leads of partner functions including IT, HR & Security. - Mentor, develop, and coach a team of both employees and embedded service partners to deliver results, strengthen their leadership, and foster career growth - Partner with Design Leads and Construction Project Managers to develop facility concept designs and final layout for space planning, construction and relocation projects throughout the region.- Partner with senior business unit leaders to plan and facilitate execution of projects. - Partner with HR and senior leaders to understand current and future business strategies integrating them into the facilities | workplace planning process.- Represent facilities | workplace strategies to internal business clients to ensure transparency of processes and foster a partnership for success. - Represent Workplace Services throughout corporate sustainability strategy development and oversee implementation of strategies to help reduce overall carbon footprint and waste. - Develop and represent Workplace' business continuity strategies and develop intersection points with other functional groups as inputs into the corporate business continuity plan.

Managed complex projects analyzing facilities management organizations and implementing recommendations to enable the corporate mission. Projects included analyzing organizational culture, building client relationships, document /data analysis, service/process evaluations and re-engineering, metric development and monitoring, resource utilization/justification, and the preparation of reports, presentations and recommendations. Corporate responsibilities also included inaugurating the facility management consultative division for Texas; managing and directing project staff; developing core facility management consultative practices and procedures; directing business development activities; chairing internal Sustainability Research Committee and Facility Asset Management Task Force focused on the distribution and development of best practices.
