Independent Inventor Institute was a project of the Enterprise Institute, a non-profit project of the South Dakota State University Foundation. ☑ As Director of Patent Search Services for the SDSU and SDSU Foundation’s Enterprise Institute, coordinated patent research and conducted 300+ patentability and clearance searches for independent inventors, angel investors, and regional law firms. Managed 14 patent researchers and lobbied SD legislature on value of IP.☑ As University Technology Fellow, provided IT support to administration/instructors, integrated IT/IP concepts into the curriculum, lectured on IP in engineering and media courses, and maintained IP database/website resource.
