Managing a team of two, our department is responsible for developing strategic content for brochures, offering memorandums, blog posts, email marketing campaigns, digital/print ads, and social media. Manage the company website (WordPress), as well as over 150 individual apartment sites.

Responsible for design and maintenance of over 30 regional print publications aimed at enhancing the learning process for K-6 students. Using a mix of primary sources and professional illustrations, I create layouts that are both aesthetically interesting and effect learning tools for children age 5-10. This was achieved by working with editorial and illustration departments to research and develop new titles in a rapidly growing company.Spearheaded the effort to reinvent the K-2 publications to make them more fun, colorful and enjoyable for children to read and learn.

Graphic design and print project management for various clients, including everyone from start-up companies and not-for-profits to major corporations. Developed branding identities and created advertisements, signage, menus, brochures, newsletters and business collateral that effectively and creatively communicated the client’s company message.

Designed marketing materials for over 100 internal clients to help them effectively market their properties. This included brochures, offering memorandums, HTML email blasts, signs and tour booklets. Other duties included successfully managing all stationary company-wide and working with several departments to produce the company newsletter on a monthly basis.

Project lead for the monthly publications Mountain States Construction and Colorado Construction, as well as all Colorado-based profiles, directories, advertisements and marketing materials.Developed and implemented workflows—such as PDF, K4 and QPS—to make our department more efficient and profitable.Worked directly with customers to produce creative, unique profiles and directories specific to their needs.Successfully launched several monthly and annual publications, including Mountain States Construction, AGC/C ONSite and ACEC/C Engineering Colorado.Maintained and adhered to strict branding guidelines.
