My ability to align teams, across multiple clubs and large distances, and illustrate the importance of their role is second to none. My passion for people led me to leadership over 20 years ago and I've never looked back. I joined In-Shape in 2008 as District Manager and worked my way up to Regional Director. Prior to joining In-Shape, I worked at 24 Hour Fitness for 10 years.
