• Managed end-to-end product lifecycle for Azure ExpressRoute, a top 10 Azure service, oversaw technical design, implementation, supply chain, supportability, GTM, revenue/cost management, documentation, and UI.• Successfully guided multiple service and feature launches, including the groundbreaking ExpressRoute Direct, the first 100Gbps offering in public cloud, from inception to general availability, resulting in a new revenue category with 2x YoY growth and rapid adoption• Drove organization wide efforts on culture, including the launching of our first Azure engineering team in Atlanta to expand diversity opportunities and representation in the organization, fostering a more inclusive and innovative work environment• Led quality and continuous improvement initiatives, systematically broke down silos to deliver best-in-class products to our customer, including improving of customer error handling across Azure, resulting in a 10x drop in failures and reduction in support volume and costs
