About Jared R. Pike

I am a compassionate leader with an unquenchable curiosity, a deep love of story, and a knack for devising and assessing systems. For more than 15 years I have marshaled these skills to create exceptional guest experiences for Broadway audiences. Wherever we are, whether in a theater, a museum, or a corporate office, we understand the world through stories–- the ones we hear, the ones we remember, and the ones we tell ourselves. My work in guest experience and operations attempts to understand how the stories and systems at play in a particular space influence a guest’s perception, and to do everything in my power to make every guest feel special and cherish the memories of their experience with us. As an experienced educator, I have managed classrooms with students representing a wide spectrum of socio-economic, national, and racial backgrounds. I develop and deliver curriculum that is interactive and focused on the learner's interests and objectives, helping them overcome various obstacles to learning. I am skilled in web and library research, digital pedagogy, dramaturgy, and developmental editing.
