I love and embrace hard work, and I grew up in a small farm town in a family where we were expected to pull our own weight. Naturally, I have grown to love fast-paced and hard-working environments. I learned how to set realistic but challenging goals to accomplish. Focus on a task and get it done efficiently, on schedule, and with safety in mind. Working in a team was another significant aspect that I learned. If we didn’t work well as a team, getting our jobs done and maintaining good quality was hard.Connecting with customers and co-workers is something huge that I always strive to do. Even at the first smile I give them. I want to create a good connection. Connections with co-workers make for a better work and team environment. Connecting with customers makes finding what is best for them more straightforward, and they will be more willing to accept your help and trust the product you are giving them.I have always loved working with numbers since I was a little kid. While growing up, I realized that numbers with a dollar sign are even more enjoyable. That’s why I love accounting and am interested in any opportunities and connections I can make there.
