As an owner of a boutique architecture and real estate firm, I focus on retail, storage facilities and residential sales. One of my goals is to provide a one stop shop for potential retail tenants. As a licensed real estate agent, I have helped tenants negotiate lease agreements and provide design services for their build out. I target the smaller property management firms within the Salt Lake area and help them with their tenant improvements, and other architectural needs. I have worked with several smaller construction companies to pursue work, design the project, get the necessary city approvals and permits, and help the contractor with question that arise in the field.I provide architectural services for retail property managers/owners, have completed numerous tenant improvements, as-built drawings; including square footage verification in accordance with BOMA standards, and color selections. I work directly with tenants, engineers, municipalities, and contractors to ensure that tenant spaces are built to facilitate their needs, meet current building codes, and are built in a timely fashion. I have also helped tenant negotiate their lease agreements with Landlords. I have worked with several different municipalities to make sure that the permit process is as seamless as possible.

Since working at HKS I have worked in various capacities including Project Architect, Construction Administrator, job captain, Revit technician, and intern for projects ranging from High end condos and five star resorts to Corporate Headquaters, hospitals, LDS Temples and state of the art warehouses. I worked construction administartion on site for the 1,000,000 s.f. Montage Deer Valley Resort and Spa which opened December of 2010. While working in this capacity I was responsible for the coordination of all structural elements within the building, attending meetings and problem solving issue that arose. I was also responsible for tracking and responding to all RFI's and submittals in a timely maner helping keep the project on track.I recently completed working on a 370,000 s.f. Corporate Headquaters as the Project Architect, Construction Administrator and Revit technician. I worked closely with the Project Manager and all consultants to maintain the Revit model, coordinate the efforts of the A/E team, as well as to make sure that the client’s needs and wants are realized and executed in the most efficient way.

While at ASWN+ I worked on multiple low income apartment projects funded through HUD, Commercial shopping centers, small medical facilities, Tenant improvements and high end houses.
