Compensation Sr Manager
CurrentResponsible for the administration of compensation programs with a focus on corporate, supply chain and private fleet operations. Actively involved in annual compensation survey participation, market pricing, job evaluations, and collaborating with HR partners on compensation policies and procedures. Additionally, I manage the company's long term incentive plan (stock options, restricted stock units, performance stock units, and the stock purchase plan). This includes various partnerships with internal departments and external vendors (stock plan administrator and transfer agent). I'm also involved with the preparation of the CD&A tables along with Executive Compensation and Legal.
