I truly believe success is a product of job satisfaction and dedication. Therefor, my passion for finance, business strategy development, and working with others has driven me to strive for success at Queen’s Smith School of Business.I like to critically analyze situations and develop creative solutions. For over three years I have been sharpening my analysis and excel skill through business electives and extracurricular studies. Throughout my undergraduate degree, I will pursue finance and hope to refine my abilities through the curriculum, as Financial Coordinator for Queen’s Sales Association, and with future opportunities I will achieve.Another field I have experience in is working with small teams driven by a shared passion. I was captain of my hockey team and have been playing for over 11 years. I also developed my skills as a camp councillor during the summer. I worked in a 40 person staff team to create engaging programs while instilling leadership skills into the campers and ensuring their safety. These experiences have taught me how to effectively collaborate with others in order to achieve a shared goal. Throughout university I have had the opportunity to apply my teamwork skills in a business setting on various group assignments.
