Technically minded but creatively driven, I am a software engineer with over 9 years of combined professional and hobbyist video game development experience, including over 20 personal projects and prototypes.From the moment I first learned how to code using Visual Basic, I’ve been directing my attention towards creating experiences and stories through games. I furthered my technical skills by earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Michigan, which enabled me to land a job at Zynga where I worked professionally in video game development for 4 years.Some of my proudest achievements were born from situations where I was able to take the creative lead on a project with tight deadlines. I am an avid participant in weekend game jams where, either solo or with a small team, I am tasked with completing an original game from scratch in the span of 2-3 days. I absolutely thrive when I have to work around constraints to come up with innovative ideas.My passion for developing original creative works that connect with people has led me to the University of Utah, where I earned an MBA as well as a Masters of Entertainment Arts and Engineering.I’d love to connect and chat!
