I am a passionate, professional, entrepreneurial, and collaborative leader. After dipping my toes into politics in 2021, I channeled my campaign experiences to take on pivotal roles including Executive Director at Accelerate DFW Foundation, Inc, EVP & COO at the Fort Worth Chamber, and VP at the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. My work is laser focused on new avenues for collaboration and community development.I have previously chaired both the Fort Worth Building Standards Commission and the Arts Fort Worth board, guiding their organizational directions and governance. My contributions to the community have been recognized, with placements on the Fort Worth Business Press 40 Under 40 and SHOT Business Magazine's 40 Under 40 lists. I'm proud to be an alumnus of Leadership Fort Worth and SteerFW, and an past member of the Fort Worth Rotary Club.Professionally, my entrepreneurial journey is best exemplified by Shoot Smart. I joined my parents in 2010, and under my leadership, our family business expanded beyond four prominent locations, earning national industry recognition. I contributed my hard-earned insights as a long-standing member of the National Shooting Sports Foundation's range advisory council, steering and influencing a customer-centric dialogue.Outside of my community service and business pursuits, I relish in cooking, appreciating the performing arts, and exploring new places. I make it a priority to stay informed, consistently keeping an eye on global affairs, the economy, and politics.I hail from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and bring to the table a dynamic blend grit, academics, and hands-on business expertise. I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington, where I laid my foundation in Business Public Policy and Political Science in 2007. I earned my MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2016.
