Led small teams to successfully launch Lending and Auto Insurance products under tight deadlines. Re-architected the MyPay beta product to a credit-oriented system, enabling its market debut.

Led a team of 3 to refactor 5+ year-old real-time card authorization code, achieving significant performance improvements.Developed new SpotMe features, such as gas station and ATM support.

Developed a key tool adopted by all engineers at Chime for local development, and introduced RuboCop to Ruby teams, providing training on its usage and integration into automated workflows.

Worked on our benefits product offerings, with a specialty in building integrations and automating our operations flows to reduce manual errors / operational costs. For about a quarter I was also on loan to the Partners team to build the first version of our webhooks API for our first big partnership.

1:1 mentor to students after work and on weekends. Spent a month as a TA over winter break in college to help teach a cohort.

Helped with normal TA duties and a few personal accomplishments:- Re-designing the semester-long project for Intro to Software Engineering- Advocating for alternative web frameworks (instead of just .NET) for our Web Engineering class- Redoing most of the activities for our Web Engineering class. This was primarily because most of them were short activities handed out on paper. I found (or made) more up-to-date ones that involved more interaction and submission via GitHub (which meant teaching some students git for the first time).
