Then go through the process of finding solutions to the problem.As a server, you develop people skills, patients and also the ability to communicate between workers. It's imperative to know that working alone is never the option, but utilizing the tools such as learning from your coworkers and building a strong relationship between them can advance you not only in your workspace but also in life. Working in a fast paced environment such as a deli shop can challenge your mindset and also your ability to work under pressure. With people having high demands in a short period of time can be stressful, but also rewarding. A small victory that can turn into a life lesson of possibilities beyond your expectations. The deli gave me the ability to work at my fullest potential during busy hours. Honing this skill everywhere I go.Being inside a warehouse pushes you to challenge your memorization. I've had difficulties in remembering where certain things are but working for Hosoda Bros. gave me the opportunity to develop this skill and thrive in it. My mentality is if you actually care about what you want to remember, make it a habit memorizing it. No matter how long or of a nuisance it is.
