I am a behavioral healthcare leader - licensed as a clinician in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky & Tennessee - with over 20 years of professional clinical and healthcare leadership experience. As an operator, I have over 15 years of experience in healthcare leadership, helping organizations evaluate and improve their approach to meeting the mental healthcare needs of their communities in a way that maximizes quality and safety and reduces risk, while also achieving or exceeding their operational objectives. As a leader, I have spent my career leveraging a transformational approach to bringing in the right people to build great teams and empowering folks to feel more engaged in the work they're doing. It has also been my enormous privilege to participate in the development of emerging social workers through my experiences supervising graduate field placements and providing licensure supervision for clinical, master’s and bachelor’s level social workers.
