Helping to improve Quantifind's core suite of products. Quantifind provides financial crime prediction software powered by AI/ML algorithms, and is used by global financial institutions like Wells Fargo, Scotiabank, etc. In 2021 Quantifind raised funding to expand into tooling for the Department of Defense.

I led digital marketing initiatives for Pure's software products on the Creative Team. I led the strategy and user experience for Pure’s online presence. Pure is a multi-billion-dollar, 4,000-person publicly-traded company that's experienced phenomenal growth; I helped to eliminate technical and design debt, and set up processes to help the creative department be more efficient. • Led the UX on a global rebrand in 2020, encompassing everything from the layout grid to the interaction design. Led the design > dev handoff process.• Established a Design System to drive creative consistency for external agencies, reverse-engineering thousands of existing pages to identify undefined-yet-standardized design principles and guidelines.• Established Usage Guidelines and Component Standards for existing web components (AEM), ensuring consistency and efficiency across Pure's massive digital footprint.• Streamlined creative production processes, elevating creative standards in less time and with better consistency.

I started a creative agency. Martian had a technology-first approach, focused on cutting-edge technologies and user experiences. As founder and hands-on leader, I was Involved in all projects from a strategic and creative standpoint and oversaw the engineering of web applications large and small for mobile and desktop environments. I built a killer team of top-tier creatives and engineers focused on front-end and full-stack development.• Crafted the company vision. We successfully launched sony.com across dozens of languages globally. (I left this role to start Martian...Sony was our first client.)• (Liquid Agency: Walmart, Intel - 7 months)As Technology Director in the San Jose office, I managed the UX & UI development for Liquid on key clients.I helped the San Jose office implement processes to strengthen their digital transition.

I oversaw all projects in Isobar's San Francisco office.I served as an Integral team member in development of successful mobile strategies, prototypes, and concepts and initiatives. • I managed a team of eight developers, built tons of awesome projects, conducted tons of R&D and built both terrible and awesome prototypes.• Won FWA Mobile of the Day for Adidas' ClimaCool mobile web app.• Established production guidelines for internal processes, live events, and executions.Client List: Adidas, Yahoo! I built front-end sites and apps for various brands and agencies. • (Hill-Holiday: AOL - 5 months) I built and led a team of 15 new hires for a massive Q4 contract; I created technical a production guideline system for dozens of concepts across hundreds of deliverables. • (RG/A: Subaru/Verizon - 1 year) I rebuilt subaru.com's front-end, building around the existing backend data model.I developed prototypes for Verizon mobile phone UIs, then tested interactions with users and iterated based on user feedback.I programmed the 360° mobile phone component for Verizon's primary e-commerce site. I produced requirement guidelines for the rotation sequence imagery, enabling effective asset-generation across all new phone models.

I created the St. George Triathlon, the largest triathlon in the Rocky Mountain region for all 7 years that I ran it. We were named one of Triathlete Magazine's “Top 10 Must-Do Races in the U.S.".I designed and implemented a new race course route, including logistics, local/county/state permits, sponsorship sales etc. (This course design was modified and extended to become the official course for IRONMAN St. George). I acquired two other races to form the 'SGTrifecta' triathlon series (Sprint/Olympic).My company was acquired in 2007 by a larger event production company out of nearby Las Vegas.

I was a web developer for the MTV family of brands, including MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, CMT and others. I created and presented MTV’s Overdrive video portal prototype to the network’s leadership team. I was responsible for the execution of various development projects, including internal websites and 3D prototypes.
