A 10-week intensive project based curriculum focused on creating capable and confident designers who eat, sleep, and breath UX. Throughout the program, I collaborated in three design teams and produced five distinct projects, one with a real-world clients.I collaborated in a small team to design an adaptive website for Education First – a student travel company based in Cambridge, MA. We worked with their design team to focus the enrollment process on students and parents to make the trip more intuitive to navigate, demonstrates the value of educational travel and motivates students to sign up. In a team of three, I was responsible for user research, lo-fidelity wireframes, user journeys, clickable prototype, and visual design (mobile).

This workshop-based course will examine the world of architecture at the scale of furniture. Beginning with a series of case studies, students will document different examples of contemporary furniture with respect to the architect/designer or the building they are in. During the documentation process, students will learn systems of assembly and design through the development of 3D models of furniture of their choice. Finally, they will explore contemporary theory, materials and fabrication techniques to inform a design of their own relating directly to their current studio project with the end results being a built piece of furniture
