Both a digital native and social media veteran, Jared has accumulated extensive experience in strategy, brand building, digital marketing, account management, social media marketing and management, creative content production, and project management roles with renowned agencies such as Tribal Worldwide Singapore, Bray Leino Splash, Convertium, Bacon Creatives and Ketchum. His journey led him to digitally dabble in well-known brands like Audi and BMW, Certis Singapore, Prudential, ICAEW, Citibank, Eu Yang Sang, Unilever, Shangri-la Hotels and Resorts, Japan National Tourism Organisation, Expedia, and Mount Faber Leisure Group.A self-starter, Jared has also been actively involved in developing and championing initiatives to empower the minority communities both in and outside of Singapore. He founded "The Heartweavers" in 2019 with the goal of increasing LGBTQ+ community awareness, acceptance, and integration in society through creative social media campaigns and impactful videos. Through this ground-up initiative, he has had the opportunity to create impactful media pieces and participate in both open and closed-door government dialogues with ministers from their respective ministries where the focus are often to address significant issues impacting the LGBTQ+ community in Singapore.Additionally, he has served as a speaker and facilitator for esteemed companies, including Verizon Media, General Electric, and 99.co, igniting discussions on Diversity and Inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community.In 2022, he launched "Dare to Dream with Jared," a Spotify podcast he created to connect, grow, and collectively overcome mental barriers with his listeners, covering topics ranging from personal empowerment to holistic career development.
