Vincero Watches is one of the world's top e-commerce watch brands, seeing multi-hundred percent growth year over year since its inception in 2014. The company prides itself on reaching 8-figures of annual revenue after just 3-years, sustaining an industry leading (low) return rate, and being a trailblazer in e-commerce digital marketing.As one of the early employees of an aggressively growing e-commerce company, there was heavy importance placed on measuring everything and making strategic decisions based on data, not solely on assumptions. I was the company's first dedicated growth marketer, responsible for identifying, testing, and scaling revenue driving opportunities. Every opportunity was analyzed to ensure the audience, strategy and scalability could support the company's goals.In my 11 months at Vincero my marketing campaigns drove over 1 million website visits, 11,853 sales, and over $1.8 million in revenue with an average ROAS of over 2.5x. Offshore Outpost is the most intimate and unique turnkey adventure cruise in Alaska and Mexico. Passengers receive the experience of chartering a yacht at a fraction of the price. My responsibilities included all things digital marketing. This includes managing web design, paid ads, pr, influencer relations, social media, content creation, software identification and implementation, strategy, and sales.I joined the team prior to launch and was largely responsible for building the marketing and sales foundation. This included but was not limited to; redesigning the website, integrating the CRM and transactional software, creating the social strategy, managing social media, managing influencer marketing, and executing sales outreach. During my short time with Offshore Outpost I recruited travel influencers who published professional-grade content that build credibility for the new company, improved SEO, and drove future sales.After leaving Offshore Outpost I still assisted on occasion through consultation phone calls, emails, and text messages.

HighRide is a mobile app that prevents cannabis users from driving high. We have established many strategic partnerships to create a powerful and enticing experience for consumers to help make it easier to get around without driving high.My responsibilities entail all things marketing. This means successfully bringing HighRide to market, driving downloads, testing assumptions, making adjustments as quick as possible, creating viral components to drive organic growth, create contagious content for the company blog and social media, and coordinating with marketing contractors to ensure projects are completed and executed successfully.

Managed projects with several multi-billion dollar dark fiber corporations such as Wilcon, Crown Castle, and Sprint. Responsibilities included planning and delegating tasks to my team of field technicians, drafting engineers, and project coordinators. In addition, I was responsible for figuring out how to run fiber from point A to point B, QC plans, fill out and submit permit applications, and work with city engineers to get permits approved. I worked closely with program managers and project managers from our fiber clients to ensure that permits were submitted and issued on time for their goal construction dates. Municipalities that I was responsible for managing included Orange County, San Bernardino County, Los Angeles County, and Ventura County.

TenFour is the next generation in enterprise communication for businesses with mobile employees. As an assistant product manager, I was responsible for building and maintaining product assortments for both apparel and accessories. This meant working with retail stores, the creative team, and the accounting department. Beyond setting up and maintaining products in our system, I was responsible for auditing and approving emails, new product listings, and new retail signage. In addition, my responsibility included maintaining the UMAP pricing policies for participating brands. This ensured that no brands were selling at unfair prices on their site as well as third party sites like eBay and Amazon.

My main role is to manage over brand accounts and the products that are to be loaded to our website. This means I am the main contact for brands such as Under Armour, Brooks, and Olukai. Besides gathering product information and loading them to our system, I run reports on inventory, audit the website product listings, and cross reference data from different reports to analyze our efficiency and effectiveness in sales for each brand. In addition to managing over more than a dozen brands, I contribute to the formulation of my department's advertising and promotional pieces. This includes managing social media promotions as well as formulating creative briefs for email advertisements that are distributed to hundreds of thousands of customers. Recently, I have been selected as a member of a core group of employees that contain senior managers and directors to test, integrate, and train on the new Epicor system that is replacing our Oracle system. With over 30 stores and a large online selling platform, the complexity of the system set up has proven to be an exciting and challenging task. Every day I am learning something new, and every day I am eager to learn even more.
