Led creation of investment memorandum for $25M investment in digital money transfer provider for the unbanked population. Worked directly with Co-CEO and senior leadership to create investor presentation for $750 million Africa Fund IV

Managed financial advisory business unit, supervising development of deal pipeline and leading individual deal teams. Led development of 5-year strategic plan for the business. Selected transactions include: Republic Bank Limited's (RBL - Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange) acquisition of HFC Bank Ghana; UT Bank Ghana's $20M mezzanine raise.

Appointed CEO after serving as Head of Strategy. Manage all aspects of 250-employee manufacturer listed on Ghana Stock Exchange. Designed and implemented value maximization program that redesigned sales strategy, established a Purchasing and Supply Management Department, and renegotiated outstanding debt without bankruptcy protection. Conducted comprehensive exit analysis with ultimate recommendation achieving >2x return for investor group.

Participated in leadership roles on project teams with both McKinsey and client team members, as well as producing deliverables for my own work streams. Projects involved seven countries across Sub-Saharan Africa in the basic materials, healthcare, and financial services sectors.
