Understand and effectively apply mortgage lending policies and procedures to all mortgage lending situations. • Process a variety of financial transactions for members including opening and close accounts, access and update account information, issue checks and certificates . Respond to member inquiry regarding the operation of accounts and online services. Resolve account discrepancies, balancing and reconciling, adding or reducing service features on various accounts and assisting members to make most effective usage of service offerings. Actively market and cross-sell current and prospective members the products and services of the credit union, resolving member disputes and attempting to educate members on the benefits of new as well as existing services.
