I am the founder and principle of Back to the Digital, a marketing consultancy focused on executing digital strategy for consumer clients. In 2021, Back to the Digital acquired the News/Media, social networks, and website for "I'm from Denver". Together these two companies develop and create trending Colorado content within the space of entertainment, sports and news. Operating as a localized 'Huffington Post', we promote Colorado trends and highlight businesses in an entertaining, engaging, and informative format that's relatable to the digital trends of our audience. I have deep experience in social media, and have been developing differentiated social content throughout my entire career. My original videos have achieved more than 15 million views, and I am an avid YouTube content creator. Previously, I worked as a radio on-air producer and ultimately served as the executive producer for Denver’s number one morning show on the nation’s leading Top 40 station. During my career in radio, I produced audio imaging, handled celebrity talent, and engaged with listeners offline and online. My background in radio has paved the way for my passion in podcasts and live streaming.I also manage digital marketing for Yolo Rum, the award-winning company behind the world’s greatest tasting rum. In my role, I develop original content and digital assets designed to drive organic customer engagement. While it's not your traditional spirits brand, its unique approach to digital marketing garnered the attention of Google in 2018. Today, Yolo Rum is a member of Google’s Brand Accelerator Program.I have a BA in Film Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and was a Daniels Fund Scholar. I live in Denver with my wife and six dogs, and am a big fan of this quote from Bill Daniels: “When you put your life in perspective, you realize how little time there is to make something truly significant out of it.”
