Collaborate with project management, architects, and clients to define, implement, and improve user experience of ADP software products. Work in an Agile development environment using technologies for programming and testing user interface, web services, and other system-level data exchanges or interfaces. Analyze business requirements and user stories and design software solutions in accordance with system/application architecture.• Database developer (Oracle/PL/SQL) responsible for writing procedures, functions, and packages of various delimited and fixed length file feeds to create client-specific customizations for a benefits administration application• Responsive to client needs, ensuring their expectations for their benefit plan customizations are met as expected• Developed, managed, and maintained eligibility engines that determine rates, and client-specific business rules for when and what employees can make as benefit elections• Responsible for receiving client employee demographics files and third-party biometric data feeds and converting them to a standard format for each client's benefits enrollment system
