Our minds create dreams for a reason. They can help prepare us for possibilities in the waking world, provide symbology that grant insight into behaviors and relationships, and embody things that we wish for ourselves and others. The Dreams Class at Keswick Wise and Well is a space for creative exploration. In Keswick's well-stocked art studio, community members are given the opportunity to contemplate the different kinds of dreams and what dreams mean to them. Dream journals are supplied to help members track and continue making art about dream material outside of class. Weekly classes discuss dream material and the symbology within.
