During this tenure, I lead the Front-end Engineering team for an Autonomous Tractor Platform, driving innovations in UI/UX and performance in a cutting-edge field. I employ libraries and frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue to create sophisticated customer-facing applications. My work includes formulating comprehensive best practices and documenting key procedures for software testing, which enhances the accuracy and reliability of our products.I have engineered an API layer that facilitates seamless data integration with external systems and integrated multiple projects to build a functional simulator for autonomous tractors. This simulator has become a critical tool throughout the application, accelerating development time and improving efficiency. I also establish coding standards for Frontend Applications within the department to maintain high-quality output.One of my significant achievements was designing a Continuous Integration/Deployment pipeline that reduced deployment time from days to less than one hour. I conduct detailed code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices. My role also involves coordinating a team of software engineers to develop and launch complex applications within tight deadlines. I created a real-time streaming platform that delivers low-latency, high-performance UI feedback and architected a consumer-facing autonomous tractor platform to accommodate rapidly changing product requirements.

In this role, I directed a team of over 30 volunteer engineers in developing software to organize prison ministry programs across Florida, California, and New York. This role involved managing complex logistics and coordinating efforts across multiple time zones.I also delivered presentations and led discussions with over 50 attendees, inspiring and acknowledging the contributions of volunteers. Through these efforts, I engineered software solutions that enabled thousands of inmates to access Bible studies.

While working as a Software Engineer at Awesoime Booth, I have created and maintained software solutions using various programming languages, including Python, PHP, and TypeScript. My expertise extends to utilizing Swift, Objective-C, and Xcode to develop core application features, ensuring a seamless user experience and enhanced performance.I streamlined the imaging pipeline to facilitate the efficient transfer of large DSLR files from cameras to a wireless Photo Booth app. This effort involved automating routine tasks through script development, which significantly reduced manual efforts. Additionally, I optimized programming and connection workflows, resulting in a 50% reduction in electronics costs.
