Since joining GIS/Xerox in 2009, Mr. Mlodzinski has been responsible for attainment of multi-million dollar sales budgets along with development and growth of several aggressive sales organizations. He has served in various leadership capacities at three GIS/Xerox Divisions; in Connecticut as a General Manager, in Virginia as a VP of Sales, and in Rhode Island as a General Manager.

Directed and managed sales activities and performance of 6 sales managers and 40 sales professionals.Lead growth and development initiatives of 65 sales professionals, management and staff , with over 20,000 current and prospective customers in the Upstate New York and Vermont territory.

While at IKON, Mr, Mlodzinski was selected to lead diversity initiatives for the UNY / Vermont Area. Coordinated efforts of the Diversity Council consisting of 22 employees across all functions; sales, service and administration. Interacted with local diversity organizations. Served as a Member of the Albany Cultural Diversity Council and the Tech Valley Non-Profit Business Council.

Accountable for sales results of a 80 million dollar marketplace in Rhode Island/SE Mass and Upstate New York/Vermont geography while directly managing 7 to 10 Sales Managers and over 75 sales representatives.

Lead UNYV Area to top 3 in company during multiple leadership transitions. Responsible for all aspects of the business including Sales, Service and Admin. Overachieved top and bottom line targets for the year. Awarded with Circle of Excellence recognition for accomplishment.

Manged all aspects of a varsity collegiate soccer program including, recuiting, training, coaching and student-athlete development. Responsible for coordination and execution of a full NCAA schedule.
