Before IT and while I was in school, I use to work in sales and retail for an entire decade. So, I understand the importance of great customer service. I am a versatile adaptable network specialist and team player. I am use to a hectic environment, staying on my feet, and providing quick reliable service while maintaining a level of high efficiency. Managing several different companies has taught me the ins and outs on many different systems. It has also allowed my expertise to really foster and grow exponentially thanks to that kind of exposure. I have been a team member on projects involving on boarding an abundance of different companies and familiarizing myself on their infrastructure.
