Oversee rehab of residential homes.

I manage approximately 75 Million of real estate assets. Over 300 SFR, 6 Multi-Unit apartment buildings, and 2 commercial office buildings across 5 major US markets. My management functions include portfolio operations oversight and cash management, asset acquisitions and onboarding, liquidation, and conversions. Under my purview, I am directly responsible for property flips/rehabs and project management.Enforcement of policies, implementing proactive inspection practices, and continually focusing on cost reduction by relentless attention to detail relating to preventative maintenance and regulatory compliance.

As the Director of Operations for Renters Warehouse and later the National Director of Operations for RW National Holdings, I was responsible for strategic planning. This involved developing data-driven market analysis and collaborating with executive leadership to tailor a comprehensive real estate strategy to support the company's expansion plans. Working with national brokerages we successfully developed a Master Services Agreement streamlining site acquisitions. I was honored to lead the rapid expansion of Renters Warehouse National Holdings' corporate office locations nationwide. In addition, as the Director of Franchise Operations, I managed all 28 franchised office locations, which involved franchisee owner/operator approval, annual auditing, and compliance oversight as it related to property management operations and performance of services.
