As a Chartered Building Surveyor I have been involved in various Office building, Shopping Centre and Logistic warehouse property transactions by providing Technical Due Diligence services for the Clients in Spain, Portugal, France and Bulgaria. Main tasks: Implementation and Coordination of the Technical Due Diligence processes in liaison with Lawyers, Environmental Surveyors, Real Estate Agents and Asset Managers.Project Monitoring for international Investors and Financing Banks in Spain and France. Responsible for direct reporting on quality, budget and progress to the Clients on residential, office building, Shopping Centre and Logistic warehouse projects. Main tasks: Initial design, budget and planning reviews, Construction quality, progress and budget monitoring ensuring the correct delivery and handover of the buildings. Property Reinstatement Assessments Main tasks: Management of the assessments for the wide range of properties in Spain and Portugal including Shopping Centres, Office buildings and Logistic warehouses.Facilities Management including medium and long term investment plans, energy saving and life cycling costs.Main tasks: Team leading and planning of tailor made technical Facilities Management services for office and commercial property Owners.

* Developer’s Construction Manager in luxury residential development in the City of London.

* Design coordination and management of refurbishments in rest homes and small hospitals including condition surveys and planning.
