While I always have enjoyed legal studies, I have recently learned that I also enjoy working in education, so what I am looking for in a career is intersectionality with my passions. In high school, I assisted the director of operations with answering phone calls, doing inventory, and organization. During breaks and in college, I did internships at law firms doing legal research, filling, and preparing documents for court. That experience helped me to fall in love with legal preparation and organizational skills. Those experiences influenced my decision to pursue a legal studies degree at St. John's University. I will graduate with a bachelor's of science in legal studies in December 2023. In addition to my schoolwork, I work full-time as a paraprofessional in education. I developed a newfound love and passion for education while immersed in a school for kids with autism.
