I am the General Counsel of Minderoo Foundation and Tattarang.Minderoo Foundation is a modern philanthropic organisation that takes on tough, persistent issues with the potential to drive massive change. Tattarang is one of Australia’s largest private investment groups and is owned by the Forrest family. Its investment portfolio spans across agri-food, energy, resources, property, and lifestyle.In addition, I am a director of companies in the renewables, critical mineral and impact production sectors. Prior to joining, I was a partner of Herbert Smith Freehills for over 24 years. During that time I was a member of the Board of Freehills, and sat on the global Executive of HSF with responsibility for leading the Australian Region, and then the firm's global Finance, Real Estate, Projects and Latin American businesses.I am an FAICD and have sat on a number of boards.

During my time with the firm, I sat on its global executive and on the board of Freehills. I am an FAICD, and sit on the Board of the Art Gallery of WA as well Infrastructure WA’s Strategic Expert panel.
