I am an experienced executive career coach with a passion for helping leaders develop their skills and find new opportunities. With my determination and goal-oriented mindset I have been able to support my clients in finding positive solutions to complex challenges related to managerial positions. At the moment I work as a freelance career coach at MPS Lifeworks. I have worked at MPS Finland as a Senior Consultant for 20 years specializing in the business area of executive search and recruiting where I was also a Senior Partner since 2008. Prior to executive search I was working closely with outplacement clients in helping them navigate through the change and find a new job. In total, I have more than 25 years of experience in leadership and director positions within multiple industries, including tourism and marine line industry, car sales and food processing, both in Finnish and in international companies.
